Club room reservation

There is a club room on the 5th floor of Tietolinja 5 building, which residents can reserve for use between 8:00 and 22:00 via the OmaKoti mobile app. On days when the sauna is in use (Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday), the space can be reserved between 8:00 and 16:00. Residents can reserve the club space for their use at least one day before and at the earliest 4 weeks before it’s intended use. The reservation is made in the OmaKoti application, by selecting the desired reservation date and the start and end time of the reservation. The minimum reservation for the club space is 2 hours. The reservation of the club space is paid with a card directly in the OmaKoti application, after which the space can be used during the reserved time.

Regarding the use and equipment in the club room

In the club room there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stove and an oven. The room has cleaning and dishwashing equipment, with which everyone must carefully clean the room and wash the counters after use. Regular cleaning has not been arranged for the club premises, so remember to also take the trash out after use!

If the previous user of the space leaves the space untidy, the situation becomes problematic for the next user. In this case, at the request of the next user, the property management company will clean the premises at the expense of the previous user. Usually, however, cleaning does not have time to save the next user’s situation. The time of the individuals and the nature of the need for cleaning must be reported to the property management company with proof of the need for cleaning.

The user of the space must remove any props and decorations they may have put on display during use. Tables and chairs must be wiped and arranged in good order. The lights should be turned off and the door should be closed.

The user of the clubroom should remember that the space is located in a residential building, where the rules regarding noise apply in the same way as for residential apartments and the rules of your home building must be followed in the same way as in residential apartments.
