Kerhohuoneen säännöt
Hei, Tähtisaranpolku 3:n asukas!
- Kerhohuonetta ei saa käyttää kaupalliseen, poliittiseen tai uskonnolliseen toimintaan
- Kerhohuoneen käyttö on sallittu joka päivä klo 8–22 välisenä aikana
- Kerhohuoneen varaus tapahtuu Colliersin asiakaspalvelun kautta tai OmaKoti –
mobiilisovelluksella. Minimivarausaika on 1 tunti. Vuoroja voi olla varattuna yksi
kerrallaan - Kun varaus on tehty ja vahvistettu, voi avaimen noutaa lukkoliike BLC Turvan
toimipisteestä osoitteesta Yrjönkatu 23 B 2 lukkoliikkeen aukioloaikojen puitteissa
aikaisintaan varausta edeltävänä arkipäivänä. Avain tulee palauttaa lukkoliikkeelle
viimeistään varausta seuraavana arkipäivänä. - Kerhohuoneen käyttö on sallittu vain varattuna aikana. Tilasta tulee poistua
varausajan päätyttyä - Kerhohuoneen käyttäjät huolehtivat siitä, ettei tilan käyttö aiheuta haittaa talon
muille asukkaille - Kerhohuoneeseen ei saa tuoda kotieläimiä
- Tupakointituotteiden ja alkoholijuomien käyttö on kerhohuoneessa kielletty
- Jokaisen tulee siivota omat jälkensä, tyhjentää jääkaappi ja roskakori, sekä
sammuttaa valot lähtiessään. Puutteellisesta siivouksesta tai mahdollisista
korjauksista aiheutuvat kulut peritään tilan varaajalta

- The club room may not be used for commercial, political or religious activities
- The use of the club room is allowed every day between 8 am and 10 pm
- The club room can be booked through Colliers’ customer service or with the
OmaKoti mobile application. The minimum booking time is 1 hour. Shifts can be
booked one at a time - Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, the key can be picked up at
BLC Turva’s office at Yrjönkatu 23 B 2 within it’s opening hours, on the previous day
of the reservation at the earliest. The key must be returned to the BLC Turva no later
than the business day following the reservation - The use of the club room is only allowed during the reserved time. You must leave
the premises after the reservation period has ended - he users of the club room ensure that the use of the space does not cause harm to
other residents of the building - Pets are not allowed in the club room
- The use of smoking products and alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the club room
- Everyone must clean up after themselves, empty the fridge and trash can, and turn
off the lights when leaving. Costs resulting from insufficient cleaning or possible
repairs will be charged to the person booking the space
